Great course and interesting insight into the process that, hopefully, I will not need. However, it is a possibility and I feel that following this course the process would be far less daunting.

Liane was very engaging as a trainer and really brought the group together. There were a variety of roles and levels of seniority in the room but it didn't matter - the course was made relevant to all. The mix of roles actually helped with creating a holistic understanding. The opportunity to experience some court room style questioning created interest although it was clear Liane was being kind to us. It gave an insight into the intensity of a real life scenario.

A really worthwhile course. I liked the way the trainer asked for volunteers rather than force someone to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, and also major thanks to the three volunteers!
