Fascinating course, Andrea presents her content in an interactive and engaging manner, really equipping recipients with skills and knowledge that could be used by attendees should they be called to an inquiry or coroners court- thank you
Very well delivered in an engaging format by an obviously experienced trainer in her field. The importance of the content was not lost on the group and the the ability to switch to full barrister to experience the questioning style we could face gave a real insight into taking the stand at enquiry’s.
Enjoyed the course, engaging and practical examples to then put into place.
Liked that it was multiagency. A few slides wouldnt go amiss but I understand why he wouldn’t want to do that!
Geraint Jones was AMAZING. His ability to focus the session to his audience was the best I’ve ever seen. He was confident, highly knowledgeable, personable and engaging. He fostered interest and confidence from the participants in a way I’ve never seen in a formal training session. He was able to adapt the session in a way I’ve never seen a trainer do. He was hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had. The course content was relevant, useful and practical and drew thoughtful experience from the participants.

Very insightful in general - really valuable to have a facilitator which such deep expertise and experience in the subject
