Good session today. I can really see the progress from everyone

Really enjoyed today's workshop - a lot of food for thought. Lots of experiences that I can use to apply theoretical approaches.

My team is under going some changes on 01/05/2024 and there is a lot of anxiety and fears within the team. I will be using most of the information I learnt today to manage the team's anxieties/fears.

Problems with the technology made it hard to concentrate but overall today was good. I particularly enjoyed the section about the 'Project Management Cycle'.

I am beginning to joy the course now that I can see how they can aid my leadership and Managment role

Interesting topic but delivery quite dry would benefit from more real life examples.
