At the end of the course, I felt a lot more familiar with IS0 9001:2015. I had studied it before but the interactive engagement during the course helped a lot with understanding and retention.

I really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot. I was surprised how smoothly the course ran virtually. The movement into breakout rooms for each exercise was very smooth.
