great course I wish I had done this before taking on quality

Finbarr is very knowledgeable, a clear communicator and very easy to work with and learn from.
Overall really interesting and helpful course. I didn't have much familiarity with the standard before the course and this really introduced me to the standards and requirements. Very helpful exercises, I liked the team work aspect as well. The tutor was interesting and clearly very experienced. Really good course
finbarr was an excellent tutor and he answered every question with examples.
The course was very good, however I think it would be better suited in a classroom environment. Some of the tasks proved difficult due to the differing technical environments of the participants e.g. sound quality and reading documents via shared screen function sometimes proved difficult. The Audit exercise proved the hardest due to having to go back and forth between multiple documents in a team setting.
Very good training delivered in a casual but informative way. Easy to follow and gained some useful insights into my current auditing approach
