Great course, I have learnt so much and look forward in putting it into practice!
I found the course very valuable. Spreading over two days was essential for me so that I could undertake taks around it without being distracted. I could be 'present' in both sessions. I am a lone worker for 3 parish councils and just stepping away, being able to take time to think of my routines has highlighted areas I really must change to enable me to stay in the sector and balance my working processes.
I never realised accuracy could be so interesting and engaging and many of the techniques I had never thought of before.
It was an informative and interactive course that made me think about my accuracy skills and gave me some new ways to make improvements.
Logically accuracy should be common sense, but it does take work as demonstrated by course. Some useful ways of looking at it, and improving on daily tasks.
The course was very useful. It made you think about how you should manage your workload and how to do your best to eleviate errors.
The training was good overall and the activities were interesting and relevant.
I think it was great that we got material relating to the workshop. The trainer was very clear and concise and explained everything in a positive and friendly manner. It was good be separated in groups and pairs so that you got to hear other peoples thoughts. The trainer made it very interactive
I thought it was really helpful. I think the bit on the three Es I didn't quite get, but maybe that just wasn't for me. Overall it was very helpful
