Greg is a great trainer, kept it interesting all the way through, really interesting points covered, definitely loved the 20 minute concentration burst idea and will be utilising this going forward as it is a great way for me to stay engaged longer throughout the day!

Really enjoyed the course, was really insightful and had a lot of tips on how to improve accuracy within my work. The content was really well presented wasn't too much information at once which was good and the hourly breaks were good to not lose interest or get distracted elsewhere.

An enjoyable course, the tech worked well and there was a good level of engagement. Going into breakout groups worked well.

Overall, I enjoyed the course and the interactive sessions were great. It is difficult to get a rapport between participants when the course is delivered on ZOOM. I imagine that it is more effective in person. Difficult for Greg F to get engagement from participants when online

I enjoyed the course and I feel my accuracy in the workplace will improve. Greg was knowledgeable and enjoyable. I appreciated the "brain breaks" like the little tests, demos and examples of errors to keep it interesting.

Very good course, engaging and honestly enjoyable! The breaks were frequent enough that I never felt my mind starting to wander and it felt like the time flew by (in a good way). I enjoyed the tests/games they kept me very interested. Looking forward to the monthly emails!

It will be very useful to use the active awareness techniques to improve accuracy in my work tasks. Definitely learned some new skills. Greg was a great facilitator which is often difficult to achieve in a virtual class, he kept it interesting and engaging.

Very engaging session, with lots of opportunities to share thoughts. Loved the breakout rooms as a bit of a different activity, and the chance to work with other attendees. Right amount of breaks :)
