Very good

Strong course to help me build my fundamentals in Food Safety. Partially as confirmation for what I already knew, but also new knowledge to gain understanding as an auditor and as an auditee. Very professional, experienced, personal and interactive presenter. Good humour, she's great! Good blocks of time and breaks between them.

Really enjoyed this course. Edel is a great tutor - knowledgeable and very supportive. The food standards auditing content was well explained and very useful for my work.

Overall the course was really good and Edel was really helpful.
