I love these sessions, Sophie is very understanding and asks questions that allow us to go deeper in our approach to having difficult conversations and managing our mental and emotional health in the workplace.
This was a great session, I felt that this has helped me the most of all the sessions I have been apart of during my apprenticeship
Good session with great teachings and plenty of involvement so it wasn't just a case of listening and were able to do some more practical items.
A great session, really in-depth. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Lesson was short and sweet but gave all the necessary information to help with progressing on the portfolio
