Interesting day with lots to take back and implement
I love the session again today. I enjoyed practicing coaching.
The course is teaching me valuable things that are helping me to revaluate my outlook on work.
Enjoyed the scenarios for been a coach, been coached and the listener.
The Courses is really interesting, however as it was our first face to face I found there was a lot of interaction which was fantastic . very interesting topic learnt a lot on coaching and the difference between coaching and mentoring.
Excellent session, it was interactive and we were able to put what we have been taught into practice.
