Attending has definitely improved my knowledge in food safety and quality management systems. It forces you to interrogate and challenge the current controls within your own manufacturing process step by step.
Very good course overall. It gave me a lot of practical knowledge for the future and useful references on where to look if I ever get stuck. Edel was a great tutor, very clear and able to adapt the course to suit everyone involved.
