Elizabeth's knowledge and presentation translated to a very good learning experience for me. She kept the pace moving along and was very willing and able to answer all our questions to help clarify the standard requirements, and feedback on if we are meeting them.
Very well run course, presenter was fantastic and the content was perfect.

It was a long day, so very intensive in front of a screen. Might have been better to do this face to face. Would have allowed for greater interaction between everyone attending and Gerry and might have been a little less intense.
