Tim managed to tailor the training to our organisation, and implement the training provided into the follow up session and develop our skills further.
The initial training provided a good foundation to equip participants to be able to practically carry out interviews. The interviewing session itself felt very relevant and useful. I could see the benefits of the skills learnt and also how these could be applied to a number of evidence gathering methods.

The session maintained a strong pace and focus throughout, and I found myself fully engaged from the introduction right through to the hands-on interview practice. Having previously trained police officers in interviewing, I’ve seen a range of trainer approaches, but your method stood out for its clarity, relevance, and adaptability to the SRA’s environment. The practical exercise was especially effective, allowing me to apply techniques in a realistic and constructive way. It was a great balance of theory and application. I came away with new insights and a renewed sense of confidence in my interviewing ability. Thank you for a truly professional and energising experience.
Training was really useful and informative and delivery was really engaging - looking forward to implementing what I've learned into my role.
I found Mr Sullivan to be well versed in his role as a trainer and he was able to use his professional expertise to make the training relational in every way. Quite interactive and engaging too.
jim is really engaging and dedicated to his teaching. However, the room we have been in for two days has made it less enjoyable. It smells terrible - like sewage - and has no windows. It's a real shame as Jim's training approach is flawless.
An enjoyable course that was well delivered by the trainer, Tim.
