I felt this was a very well managed course with lots of relevant guidance and training from someone who had real life experience in the subject matter. The trainers enthusiasm made it much easier to engage and share experience providing solid credibility to the training.
Very, very useful course. Being able to plan an interview and use various methods to plan an interview and use acronyms that can help with difficult situations and being able to understand the suspects position among other scenarios. In our role we are unlikely to see some of the scenarios proposed but being aware of them and having those skills available will be extremely effective in the future.
I have very little experience of investigative interviewing so very much felt out of my comfort zone. Tim was very encouraging and supportive knowing this information, and responded to all of my questions and worries. The course content I found really interesting and engaging. Even though there was a lot to get through we had regular breaks and I felt like i was able to digest the information. I think this will be very good for my confidence in this role going forward,
Course was excellent-detailed and comprehensive but very enjoyable. This was mainly heped by Jim Sulliavan-an excellent trainer who turned a detailed two days on screen into a very enjoyable course.
Jim delivered this course in an extremely well laid out way, very knowledgeable on the subject and explained the answer to any questions in an easy to understand way.
Good pace, good relating theory to real life examples, good knowledge checks and support throughout.
Fantastic training - very clear, engaging and interesting. Was explained in a way that even those with the most basic knowledge (me) can understand and take forward
Jim was very knowledgeable about the subject and showed a real interest in it. We did a mix of different exercises which engaged us with the course. This course has given me confidence in my investigative interviewing going forward.
Really good course - enjoyed it and got a lot from it.
