Training was excellently delivered with appropriate course content to prepare the the housing officers for inspections/note taking and evidence gathering.
This is useful for all investigators and would be most useful at the commencement of employment
I really enjoyed the course. It was very relevant to my role, facilitated good discussion which expanded learning and we were provided with real examples of things the tutor had dealt with that brought the course to life and aided understanding.
Thoroughly enjoyable and fantastic that we will be able to use our learnings in our day to day work
