I found the initial break-out rooms to complete tasks pretty difficult as nobody was speaking. I do think it should be mandatory for people to have cameras and mics on, as it is quite off-putting when they are on mute and and no picture.

Use of exercises and numerous breakout groups was excellent. Group make-up was tailored between the different exercises so that experiences of different people and their varied organisations could be shared and explored. Groups were also assigned with fellow colleagues for specific tasks which was hugely beneficial. This variation made the learning experience very enjoyable and relevant. Thank you.

The course was very interesting and though provoking. It provided a detailed overview of the subject matter with case studies for reference.

The Slide and the Course material needed to be aligned with Page numbers. It was difficult to find some pages relating to the slide deck.
