Edel was fantastic as a trainer, reassuring and calm, her presence was a delight within the training environment open to questions and comments a good energy flowed for the 2 days of training and in hindsight it didn't really feel like a " training or learning experience " but more like friends chatting about how to help each other in a training environment...well done.
