As someone who spent many years as a military instructor, I know what good instruction looks like. The instructors on this course are first class—calm, professional, and genuine subject matter experts. They explain complex topics clearly, encourage questions, and ensure everyone understands rather than just teaching to the exam. Their knowledge, patience, and professionalism are a credit to the training provider. Having taught and been taught throughout my Army career, I can honestly say they are among the best instructors I’ve had the privilege to learn from, and as a stroke survivor it gives others hope of regaining their life back.
Very good course over all week 1 needs to be extended as to carry out BS7671,RACHP part 1 and 2 is a lot on information to take in especially when you have no priveous knowledge. BS7671 book should be sent out to students prior attending course along with a video demonstrating navigation of the book.
Andy and Tim were excellent instructors. Very knowledgeable and helpful from taking me to a position where I knew nothing to feeling confident in starting a new career post MOD.
The instructors go above and beyond, facilities are good. Learn technique is a great training provider and did everything right. However LCL awards course layout and tick box qualification isn’t enough to have confidence going into the industry. You’ve got some great instructors, I hope they are fairly compensated for the efforts they put in
Only thing I’d appreciate would be a bit more time hands on doing the practice side of installs of air conditioning units.

My only feedback would be to add a few more days into the course for practically going through the installation and set up of various A/C units so we have a bit more experience going into said department.

Extra day or two for Regs. Day or two more on fault finding on the different units. Projector screens very dim and hard to see. Great course with great instructors.

The course was brilliant.would have been nice to be a week longer. As I really struggled with MOd 2 electrics. Eventually got to pass on the last day course was absolutely upstanding. The tutors were really supportive and help me every step of the way would highly recommend this cost to anyone.
