Am enjoying at the moment...

I applied the 'Five Whys' to my members issue and found that it was a useful tool to problem solve, we used my example in the breakout room online session about 'members failing to attend courses or training' and soon found ourselves finding solutions immeadiatley, an action plan soon followed that we could implement.

Would be good to have warm food as the cold months are approaching

The structure was good and it was very helpful using the time to complete part of the assignments.

Michael is a fantastic trainer and is very clear in delivery. He is very open to any questions and provides support and help as and when required.
