I find it amazing how Happy courses manage to create the space for honest dialogue even online. Really impressive.
Really great, as with everything else I'm so grateful to be participating in the Happy method and showing that it really does work to focus on a positive environment. And I learn so much every time!
great session, really interactive and enjoyable which is impressive for a 6 hour online course.
I had heard that Nicky was a great facilitator and I was not disappointed. I love the way she held a space for us. A lovely balance of establishing her credibility but not making us feel like she had seen and done it all before.
Well structured, welcoming session. Feel like I learned a lot (some of this is new to me) but there seemed to be plenty of time to discuss and share and start to build relationships
Nicky was fantastic. She helped create a strong group dynamic. Everyone had their chance to input into discussions and Nicky kept the pace of the session going. Her energy is infectious and her stories that explain the topics really bring this to life. Really enjoyed the session and have left it full of ideas.
Excellent introductory session. Very good pace and set a good tone/spirit for upcoming sessions. Looking forward to the next one!
