Really enjoyed having the time to reflect into my leadership - take stock and plan how to develop further.

I did like that everyone was encouraged to participate but I also felt it would be nice to volunteer ourselves on certain areas rather than the person speaking always being chosen by the facilitator

The course was very engaging. Learnt a lot about myself and it was great to interact with other leaders and realise i am not alone in my thinking.

Good start to this course, felt gave helpful and practical tips for people at any stage of leadership
