It was a great course and would definitely recommend it to my Team. The Topics are fairly spread across 4 days with apt topics. I have attended a Leadership course, but this one is more structured.

I feel that the course was brilliant, better than my expectations. Very relaxed, comfortable feel to it. Paul was very grounding, insightful and reflective. Helped me see things from different perspectives and gain ideas from others.
