It has been great to have the time and space to reflect on my leadership style and to begin to identify my strengths and weaknesses

I really enjoyed doing on zoom more than i thought i would breakout rooms worked really well Greta meeting new people and sharing/listening to ideas

It was a great course and would definitely recommend it to my Team. The Topics are fairly spread across 4 days with apt topics. I have attended a Leadership course, but this one is more structured.

I feel that the course was brilliant, better than my expectations. Very relaxed, comfortable feel to it. Paul was very grounding, insightful and reflective. Helped me see things from different perspectives and gain ideas from others.
