I have learned a lot from today's session that can be applied to my everyday work as well as to my team. This session made me reflect more, have that self-awareness and be mindful and include others.

It was worth every time. The knowledge gained was all for me.

Really positive. I found the approach different from other leadership modules done previously. Much more interactive and thought provoking. I found the content very relatable.

Very good first session. Refreshing to meet and see a wide variety of professions who are all in the same 'boat' with certain experiences and feelings. Really enjoyed and learnt more about myself as a leader to take forward
