Great Course and great teacher.

This course is very good, engaging and informative. I enjoyed very much and also gained managerial skills and strategies, which I lack of.

It was fun, engaging and learned a lot from this training.

Sam was engaging, cheerful while coaching us , applying the techniques she was covering on us :) I like the breakrooms to meet with other colleagues in the organization that I don't know.

Time went quickly which is always a good sign. Good balance between instruction and practice through various breakout groups. Has given a good taster of coaching but leaving me wanting (or needing) more.
