Would be good to have a little more time to explore the subject matter/resources in order to be more informed.

Lessons were really well structured. Course content covered a variety of applicable topics and techniques to apply.

The course was well structured and provided practical tools for identifying and responding to mental health issues. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable , the course materials were informative and easy to understand. In conclusion I feel confident to support colleagues experiencing mental health challenges after completing this course

Great course

I had completed a MHFA course with another provider many years ago which was very useful at the time, having completed this course , it provided me with much more detailed information not just from the trainer but the e-learning content too. I found it really useful and interesting and feel that the case studies with the ALGEE model really embeds the learning. Layla was a great trainer and really engaging.

I found the course extremely beneficial- the range of learning materials worked well for me - having a combination of e learning/ workshops & videos to showcase how to apply MHFA maximised my learning.
