Very patient trainer, interactive content with lots of helpful info to look back on after the course is over.

Trainer was great and learned new things but for me there wasn't enough short breaks, concentration can only be held for 20 min blocks so doing 1.5 hours of listening, moving fast and then actioning across a full day left my brain a little fried in the final section. Also, having one screen made it quite tricky.
