Amazing trainer, patient and kind and tried to involve everyone but not pushing anyone if they didnt want. Really helpful learning - I thought it might be too slow but I learnt so much from the very beginning.

Ed was an excellent trainer, the information was well structured and he has a generous teaching style that includes everyone. I found the exercises easy to follow and very well paced. Ed's natural enthusiasm for the content made the sessions a great learning experience, I am surprised how interesting Excel can be. I am looking forward to using my new skills. Thank you!

Fantastic session - Edmund made the learning so easy to understand. The pace of the session was great, and being able to do the tasks whilst watching the demonstrations was really helpful. Edmund was happy to repeat elements that we may have missed and gave me so much more knowledge for Excel. I am much more confident in using Excel now - Thank you so much!

It would be nicer if we could have had the session face to face

Sal had a really great, inclusive teaching style and patiently encouraged us to support each other and retry instructions if we missed something as we went along.

Brilliantly organized, with great take away resources, really friendly atmosphere and Sal was a ray of sunshine keeping us all engaged in what could have been a super boring day, she made it worth while and interesting.

Honestly, I cannot fault this training day I think mainly this was down to our trainer Sal - She was AMAZING!!! She was engaging, enthusiastic, really good at listening to what tasks we usually complete and showing us ways to do things that would make our work easier. she made what could have been a really boring thng to learn really exciting and fun! I wish all trainers could be like her! Thank you Sal :)

Really good training. I initially thought that with the training topic being excel it could have been quite dull but the trainer kept it really engaging and useful. She really tried to make it fit our work too which was really good. Enjoyed the training a lot and would definitely recommend.
