Great training session. The practical approach and chatty delivery proved to be very effective with staff learning.
I would like to run through some more evacuation scenarios on screen as the one on screen was a simple layout Maybe do some more complicated layouts as care homes tend to have odd extensions added on Trainer was knowledgeable and taught well kept it interesting
