Trainer was really informative and I learnt a lot

The trainer made me feel at ease and answered all questions, shared his experience and made the whole course very enjoyable. Thank you , I will be looking forward to refresher when I’m due for one.

Room was not set up for attendees, only few chairs for a max of 13 participants?

Allen was very clear, patient and to the point had a chance to ask questions and he clarified them clearly. It was a very good session thank you
