It was very useful. Practical session was absolutely good.

Having worked at Rowan lodge for nearly 11 years, I have done yearly fire training. The training provided today by Tower was exceptional. Alun James explained and demonstrated all techniques thoroughly and clearly and I can honestly say I have learnt several things which I wasn’t aware of. Excellent trainer and very personable.
