Allen is very calm and detailed, he made the training fun and easy to understand. I enjoyed it and I think I am confident, if I am faced with a fire incidence.

Through Mr Alun class I got to know many new things and the class was very helpful . He was so friendly too.

The course was good and i learned lot of things about fire and safety.Alun james taught us lots of tehniques and good safety methods .
