Very helpful and educational . Really enjoyed doing the physical parts in it even though it was shortened.

I found the course very educational and learnt a lot more about what to do and where to take residents in events of a fire and how to correctly move them out of their rooms. We couldn’t do the whole course as some people didn’t show but we did walk around and learn a lot.

Trainer covered very well all the areas of concern, checked for questions and gave us a lot of confidence about what to do in event on fire.

Lawrence was kind to take his time to take us through the training process..Training was impactful.
