Practical, engaging delivery is the course’s clearest strength: attendees describe knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain fire safety, evacuation procedures and equipment use clearly, patiently answer questions and use humour, discussion and realistic demonstrations to keep everyone involved. The well-organised sessions balance concise theory with hands-on practice, making the refresher easy to follow and remember. Attendees say it builds confidence and feels directly relevant to their work, particularly in care settings.
