Really engaging and fun/funny way of catching our attention involving each and every individual taking part. This meant the information was more likely to remember. Everything meant to learn was covered spot on. Thank you
Trainer was well known and an expert in passing information across. Tower training is also essential as it helps one gain knowledge on how to attend in case of a real fire situation
Very good training (theory and practice). Lawrence explained any details and concerns, shared important information in the event of fire.
Trainor Alun is very knowledgeable with the course and made it an enjoyable training
