Excellent. Obviously being a former firefighter Neil was very knowledgable but he brought the course down to our level and made sure we understood everything. Very friendly man. The practical part of the course really made a difference.

I liked the fact we had a demo on fire extinguishers. Past fire training we just have a talk through about them. It was great to actually see how they work.
