The trainer was really clear and friendly. He helped with any questions and made sure people understood.

Everything was explained and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The practical side of it was also brilliant! Before today I had never used a fire blanket or a fire extinguisher, and I now feel confident enough should I ever have to use it in a real scenario. It was good practice to actually have a fire drill and to run through it as you would it being a real fire. It really shows how important it is to be hands on in order to learn. The gent we had was very approachable too, THANK YOU
