Trainer was well explanatory and ready to help
Need to know how to evacuated people from upstairs, need practice session about that.
The course was fun, informative and practical. Gareth was lovely and took time to explain each step and answer every question without making you feel dumb. Very much appreciated!
This is very useful course for me to remind us about what to do in case of fire.
It's always a very good session to attend. Highly recommended to anyone.
