Extensive and knowledgeable refresher. Went through practical elements as well as theory of procedures especially for those new to the course.

Alun is a great trainer. Very personable and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the course
Alan was super nice and let us show our confidence. He allowed us to work and then offered improvements. He was funny and worked with us rather than lecturing us- it was really fun
Alan was really good at explaining and made the course enjoyable
