I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Alun’s demonstration during the recent training session, particularly regarding nighttime operations. His guidance on maneuvering around the home with a reduced staffing level was not only practical but incredibly informative. Given our situation where we only have five staff members working at night, Alun's tips on managing potential emergencies, such as a fire or alarm activation, were crucial and very much appreciated.
