This was my fourth fire safety training. It was a useful refresher and helped reinforce the correct procedures to follow in the event of a fire, particularly when ensuring the safety of our residents.
Dai delivered a relaxed session clearly explaining the processes, reasons for them, the zones and how to manage a fire with Q&A and practical sessions. Enjoyable training
