A very good course. Entertaining so not boring.
Very nice and welcoming. Spoke accurately and clearly and explained everything well asking us questions and also making us laugh with little jokes

The course was very informative with lots of practical training we had looked at the fire pannel and had a go with the dummies and fire extinguishers the trainer was very funny and delightful which made it easy to take in all the information that was given to us
