Having face-to-face training is a lot better. We learned a lot of things that we may forget have what we are trained before. Same time training is lot of fun and understandable

Refresher Course, informative. Wasn't to long or boring, I was anxious/nerves at first as not good with changes or groups of people but by the end i enjoyed the training and was more comfortable/confident.
