Russell Johns explained everything throughout the training and we had time to discuss what we had learned at several points during the training both as individuals and working as a team, I enjoyed the training and felt I had learned more to give me the confidence to a real situation to be able to help. Thank you Russell

I enjoyed the training, the practical exercises are good as they make you think how to act in the event of fire.
