I have gain a lot of competency at the scale of mangers levels. The facilitator has given us the chance to speak and discuss issue in place. The training has created appositive interactions from the trainees and provoked a wide range of discussions about the management style and handling stress as managers or workers in the NHS.
It was an in-depth course and stimulating, which also was interactive. The breakout rooms made for good communication and bonding and we knew one another more. It stretched more about resilience and how to deepen the strength in exterior steel without being so much affected by things and events not under one's control. The trainer showed great knowledge of the topic.
Very informative course with tips for improving my leadership skills
Very engaging and enlightening. I picked a lot from this course that will help me down the line in my practice and in life.
