Useful introduction - perhaps more aimed at people without psychiatry training. Laura put everyone at ease and had a very open, calm manner. Would be useful to have more content. Also might help to have vignettes for the breakout sessions as it is easy to go off piste. Practice time is useful but probably need less of it or have it more structured.
