I really enjoyed the morning, Ann is a friendly and knowledgeable tutor. The personality types were very interesting. I was not familiar with the variety of reports and the layout for each, I could go further into this I think, to familiarize myself with Flyleaf's etc. Great tips for future reporting and I'm a little more confident now should I be asked to report on anything. Ann had great tips to improve my writing.
The course was very insightful and highlighted a number of things I had not thought would make such a difference to the outcome or effectiveness of a report. Ann was also very articulate in explaining any issues raised.
Great trainer Interesting content and very relevant
Very good course gave a great overview of report writing.
Would like to have more emphasis on interrogation / critique of reports as well as report structure. The element of knowing the audience report is targeting - 4 person audience driving, amiable expressive and analytical was extremely insightful.
I thought the breakdown of the personalities was very useful and insightful and something that I will look to use when structuring my next report. The concept of less is always most is something I will also look to bring with me throughout my work
The course was good in its objective and has more or less met what I expected. However there may be room to develop a course more applicable to the work of the MSO.
Very enjoyable full of information and very interactive
It's a very broad topic to cover in a half day course like this so the sharing of important tips / pointers has been useful. The opportunity to break out into discussions with different colleagues has been very useful.
The course was interesting, it may benefit from a focus on our own reports, and maybe give an example of headings that people could populate. It could benefit in areas from a clear example of the report structure, especially with the formal reporting - Examples of the exec summary/ objective etc.
