Cultural Competence M3 - Creating An Inclusive Environment Reviews

I thought the course was very informative and thought -provoking. I felt able to express myself without worry of being judged or criticised. I have enjoyed discussing with other managers in breakout spaces and have come away with lots of practical ideas. It is hard to see how this course could be anything other than positive for the organisation.

This has been an exceptional course for not only the wider community and benefits to all, but personal leadership too. Lots of notes taken and work to carried forward! :)

Great course, really interesting

Thank you so much Lou and Clay. This has been a really fantastic course. So great to have this space to explore these discussions and to meet and talk with other colleagues. The PACE pods have really helped to put this in practice and will help keep up the commitment!

I have been able to reflect on what I do well, but now going forward I can see what I can improve. I'm looking forward to it.

Really enjoyable course which was thought-provoking and will impact my leadership

I felt this will help me in bring both the wider difficult conversation agenda to the fore in my service and in being a more emotionally intelligent leader

This was pitched at a good level as it succeeded in meeting the needs of delegates from different backgrounds. The facilitators avoided excessive jargon, were direct in approach and succeeded in maintaining focus through combination of energetic delivery and reflective approach.

It was really insightful and thought provoking, with positive discussions about how our organisation can become an even better place to work.
