The course touched on clashes of values , ideas, etc. Would have been good to explore this further.

I found that today's module packed a lot in - and I thought some important issues were truncated esp the question of how conflict about/between cultural values/symbols/worldviews is resolved. In terms of practical application I found the section on effective collaboration useful and stimulating.

A valuable course but would be great to have some more materials before (and after) courses to enable learning

Some elements really good - and thought provoking. Others were less insightful but that's the way with most courses n- some things resonate more than others. I felt that the first two modules were the most powerful for me and made me think about how I approach things and the impact that could have. Also the importance of calling out some behaviours - but in mindful ways. Has definately had an impact on my leadership style.

Content has been useful to show the gaps in my knowledge and experience. It's helped show things I should start doing or could be better at. This training has not helped fill my knowledge and experience gaps or equip me with the approaches, plays, techniques and styles I need to improve. The training used breakout sessions with questions to prompt discussions. Some useful ideas and approaches are generated through discussion with colleagues but they're predominantly spontaneous ideas. To make this training better I suggest supplementing the explanation of why this change matters with taught sessions on how to achieve the change. One last thing - I've filled this form in at the end of session 1 and 2 but haven't noticed a change in content or approach. The feedback hasn't even been acknowledged, for example with the session starting with a 'from last session's feedback you said x so we did y'. The lack of acknowledgement makes me think it's not being read.

The course makes you really think about how you conduct yourself and check/challenge yourself as to the type of manager you are in respect of ED&I. There were times I didn't know how to begin to answer the questions being asked of us as I'd never really thought about the subject matter in such detail before. So it has been refreshing to be challenged and stop to think about how to include ED&I in all future management moving forward.

I've said this in all of the feedback: I'm not sure what to do with this there wasn't enough practical guidance in it for me. I also didn't get enough of what Senior Leadership feels is wrong and needs to change. What's their view of where we should be focusing our efforts.

Good but 3 hours too long in one go and month gaps felt too long as well Plenty to consider and an opportunity to discuss with peers which is always good
