Really enjoyed the first session and it was insightful learning, particularly with regards to humility and understanding impact on others.

Insightful info which I have applied into practice.

The course was interesting but for some parts I felt some more concrete examples of the concepts would have been useful

I enjoyed the course, certainly some valuable things to think about for next steps/going forward. Good to receive some clarification on subjects initially unsure about, so thank you. A slightly less rushed feel and a longer break would have been nice.

Would be better with longer breaks

a stimulating and thought provoking course, quite fast paced and demanded very high levels of concentration. I t would have been good to have a bit more of a mid-point break. It was almost like there was too much 'energy in the room'
