Quite a bit of the content was irrelevant to my field of work. On the whole it was good.
Great course content and delivery. Tutor had a great calm manner. I felt relaxed and able to concentrate to successfully complete my course.

Avtar is a great presenter with a wealth of subject matter knowledge, an open analytical nature, and a calm approach to presenting.
seemed a little over the top for a refresher. As i am nominated already i should be working in accordance with the ESMS and that is what the course was about. therefore learned minimal.
