Chantal (hope I've got the spelling correct) was fantastic - her subject knowledge and enthusiasm made what could have been a dry, day long training course - a fantastic learning experience which flew, learned some new stuff, reminded of some old stuff and the room came up with some amazing ideas to implement in the new academic year - cannot thank you enough!!!
